Location and Directions

Directions to Cozy Harbor Bed and Breakfast:

From Portsmouth, NH and points south, follow I95 North to exit 44 (Route 295 North) through Portland.

Continue on Route 295 North to Exit 28 (Coastal Route 1).

Follow Route 1 North through Brunswick, Bath and Wiscasset.

After crossing the Wiscasset bridge (Sheepscot River), turn right onto Route 27 South (Boothbay Region).

Follow Route 27 South through Boothbay and Boothbay Harbor to the Southport Swingbridge.

Cross the Swingbridge and stay right (Route 27 South) for 2.5 miles.

Turn right onto Cozy Harbor Road.

Stay left on Pratt's Island Road.

Follow the signs to Cozy Harbor Bed and Breakfast (#40 Pratt's Island Road).
